Welcome to Super Carl.
Super Carl is operated by Super Carl Inc.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Super Carl's website, applications, APIs, integrations, MCP services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By using Super Carl, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Super Carl Is
Super Carl is an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform that helps users:
- Find people
- Map relationship paths
- Draft and coordinate outreach
- Organize recruiting, fundraising, sales, networking, and relationship-driven projects
- Analyze public data, user-provided data, authorized integrations, and user-directed workflows
- Learn from outreach outcomes over time
Super Carl combines public data, user-provided data, authorized integrations, user-directed workflows, intent signals, and AI reasoning systems to help users identify and reach the right people.
Features may include:
- Search and ranking
- Relationship mapping
- Warm intro recommendations
- AI-generated messaging
- Team network pooling
- CRM / ATS integrations
- MCP and API access
- Agentic workflows and monitoring
- Project management and collaboration tools
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Super Carl.
If you use Super Carl on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You may be required to provide:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Username
- Authentication credentials
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Activity that occurs under your account
- Keeping your information accurate
You may not share accounts or access accounts that are not yours.
4. User-Provided Data, Integrations, and Authorized Workflows
Super Carl may allow you to provide data or authorize workflows using sources, accounts, files, tools, or services that you use, control, or are permitted to access. This may include information you enter, paste, upload, import, connect, or otherwise authorize us to process.
When you use these features, you authorize Super Carl to process information and take actions reasonably necessary to perform the workflow you request. These actions may include organizing or summarizing information you provide, preparing drafts, entering user-approved text, initiating searches, or sending communications you approve.
You retain ownership of your own content. Super Carl does not own your third-party accounts, contacts, or connections.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide data to Super Carl or to authorize Super Carl to act on your behalf, and for complying with applicable law and third-party terms. Super Carl may limit, decline, suspend, or terminate workflows that create legal, security, platform-integrity, or operational risk.
You may disconnect integrations or remove browser site access where supported.
Super Carl is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
5. AI-Generated Content & Recommendations
Super Carl uses artificial intelligence to generate:
- Search results
- Relationship recommendations
- Outreach drafts
- Relationship strength scores
- Reachability estimates
- Suggested intro paths
- Timing recommendations
- Workflow suggestions
These outputs are probabilistic estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Messages
- Outreach
- Hiring decisions
- Fundraising decisions
- Sales decisions
- Relationship decisions
- Business decisions
Super Carl does not provide legal, investment, employment, recruiting, compliance, or professional advice.
We do not guarantee:
- Hiring outcomes
- Fundraising outcomes
- Meetings
- Replies
- Sales conversions
- Relationship accuracy
- Business results
6. Outreach & Communications
You are responsible for all communications sent using Super Carl.
You agree not to use Super Carl for:
- Spam
- Harassment
- Fraud
- Phishing
- Illegal solicitation
- Impersonation
- Abuse
- Violations of platform terms or applicable law
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Anti-spam laws
- Privacy laws
- Employment laws
- Consent laws
- Communication laws
- Platform rules and terms
Super Carl Mobile Messaging (SMS, MMS, and RCS)
Super Carl's mobile messaging program provides conversational replies to messages you send, answers and results for your requests, account-linking instructions and confirmations when you choose to connect your account, and help with using the messaging service.
You initiate the conversation by sending a message to Super Carl. A QR code or compose link opens your messaging app; you review the message and press Send yourself. Merely scanning a QR code, opening a compose link, signing in, or linking your account does not authorize recurring marketing or unrelated outreach messages.
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Your usual Super Carl permissions and credits also apply.
**Reply STOP to stop mobile messages from this program.** For help, reply HELP or email support@supercarl.ai. You can continue using Super Carl on the web at https://supercarl.ai.
If you change your mobile number, please update your connection preferences in Super Carl.
RCS availability and message delivery depend on your device, messaging app, carrier, and network. SMS may be used when RCS is unavailable. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Super Carl's existing disclaimers and limitation of liability in Sections 15 and 16 apply to this program.

7. Relationship Intelligence & Inferred Data
Super Carl may generate inferred insights based on available data and interactions, including:
- Relationship strength
- Reachability
- Communication likelihood
- Intent signals
- Suggested contact paths
- Network mappings
These are AI-generated inferences and may not reflect real-world relationships or outcomes.
8. Projects, Teams & Network Pooling
Some features allow users and organizations to:
- Create and manage projects
- Share projects with teammates
- Pool relationship networks
- Collaborate across teams
- Share outreach workflows
Workspace administrators may be able to view and manage workspace-related data and activity.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to share organizational data and integrations.
9. Credits, Billing & Paid Plans
Super Carl may offer:
- Free plans
- Subscription plans
- Usage-based credits
- Team plans
- API or MCP pricing
Each AI search uses 1 credit, including the model work needed to prepare it. Use your own model with Carl Search through MCP, or use Carl-hosted models at provider cost, converted to credits at $0.099 per credit. Carl-hosted model activities can include chat, message personalization, web research, and other AI-assisted work. Designated platform work and failed overall turns do not debit user credits.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable
- Credits may expire according to your plan
- Pricing may change over time
We may suspend access for unpaid balances or abuse.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Scrape or copy the Services
- Abuse APIs or MCP endpoints
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Build competing datasets using the Services
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Interfere with the operation of the Services
- Access accounts, systems, or data you do not own or are not authorized to use
- Bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or platform restrictions
- Scrape, copy, or export third-party services or data in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, or platform terms
- Send unauthorized, deceptive, inauthentic, or unlawful messages or engagement
- Build or resell datasets from third-party services where you do not have the necessary rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of Super Carl is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Super Carl and all related software, systems, branding, designs, algorithms, and technology are owned by Super Carl or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Reverse engineer
- Resell
- Commercialize
any part of the Services.
13. Beta Features
Some features may be labeled:
- Beta
- Experimental
- Preview
- Early access
These features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued at any time.
They are provided "as is."
14. Termination
You may stop using Super Carl at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- Required by law
- We detect abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER CARL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
SUPER CARL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS
- LOST DATA
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- LOSS OF GOODWILL
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- $100 USD
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SUPER CARL IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
If material changes are made, we may notify users through:

- In-app notices
- Website updates
Continued use of Super Carl after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
