Challenging essay by Manfred Kets de Vries, both in its analysis and approach. And increasingly important with Alpha (male) type of leaders. Although I'm not operating at the political level, I anticipate this behavior of intimidation directed at dominating, will trickle down in other fields. Worthwhile to prepare for it and reflect on its consequences for (personal) leadership.
