Paula Penfold stuff.co.nz if Italy can pass the law regarding animal abuse so can New Zealand. I hope Stuff and New Zealand SPCA are working on prosecuting Phillip Page of Dog Manners. As far as I am concerned this is as good as "family violence". If he gets away with his abuse of animals in his care then the SPCA and MPI should be held accountable.
