LinkedIn is starting to feel increasingly performative to me. Every minor mishap seems to become a leadership lesson, every redundancy an “exciting new chapter”, every internal move an acceptance speech, and every difficult experience somehow gets repackaged into a neat story about resilience, growth or purpose.
