It feels a bit surreal to say this, but after 28 years I have made a personal decision to pursue an opportunity outside of Microsoft. Nothing about this change has been easy - but growth rarely is. Taking a risk isn't easy, stepping out of my comfort zone isn't easy, embracing the unknown is difficult.... but they are also necessary parts of process.
