I got to spend the day at TQL’s Cincinnati headquarters, and my key takeaway from my time at TQL is that the drive it takes to compete at the Division 1 level isn’t too much different from the drive it takes to succeed in sales. The overlap between what happens on our field and what happens on their sales floor is bigger than what I expected.
