An Oregon judge just put a teen who plotted to k*ll ICE agents on probation. ⠀ Rayden Tanner Coleman, now 19, of Columbia City pleaded guilty September 1 to two counts of unlawfully manufacturing a destructive device. ⠀ Prosecutors dismissed 13 other charges, including domestic terr*orism, after the plea.
