I was interviewing with the Biden-Harris transition team when I was 32 weeks pregnant with my second. This was COVID times, so all interviews were virtual. I asked mentors whether I should take the job, recognizing I’d be out early to deliver and recover. To a person they said that if any Administration would live family values, it was a Biden one.
