Adani Group took control of 67.5 MTPA in 2022. By FY25, Ambuja Cements Limited crossed 100 MTPA and remained debt-free. The acquisition closed in September 2022, giving Adani control of Ambuja Cements and ACC Limited, another major Indian cement maker. Their combined capacity at the time of acquisition was 67.5 MTPA.
