Work is not the point of life. I know that sounds obvious. A lot of us still live like it is tho. For years, I did too. Calendar full. Brain fried. Too many meetings that should have been emails. Priorities treated as urgent because someone higher up needed them to be. Whole weeks where the best parts of me went into work I did not really care about anymore.
