In 1978, Babu Rao washed dishes at a Hyderabad tea stall. He now pays ₹40 lakh a month in rent. He'd arrived in Hyderabad , worked briefly at a textile store, then moved into a restaurant to learn the trade. A customer noticed how hard he worked and put in a word for him at a newly opened tea stall called Niloufer.
