Delighted that our new article (with Sarah Ganty) has just been published open access in the Modern Law Review (early view). We examine the relationship between integration and law, criticising the current dominant model which has increasingly emphasised duties and constraints for migrants. We propose an alternative legal conception: integration through rights, with associational rights at the core.
