20 years. A lot changes. Some things don’t. Yesterday, Emrah and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. Looking back, these two decades have been anything but a straight line. We built careers, accumulated expertise, took risks, made difficult choices, celebrated successes and navigated our fair share of ups and downs both professionally and personally. We became parents to two boys, adding perhaps the most demanding and rewarding role of all. Twenty years together have taught me a lot about long-term partners…
