This week we have had the honour to host two guest - very special for us and for them. Oberstleutnant Lutter and Major Gierend on their way to become Generals - some day - from the "Führungsakademie" in Hamburg. They have shadowed us in our day to day business - operations, IT security, site survey to one of our transformer plants and on leadership questions.…
