Nothing says Friday in Bahrain quite like fish for lunch. 🇧🇭🐟 So, naturally, I decided to fry fresh Safi at home a couple of Fridays ago. Outside. In the Bahrain heat. With two pans going at the same time. 😂 Did I question my decision halfway through? Absolutely. Was it worth it?
