Today is, very sadly, my last day with gap construction and the wider gap personnel group. I walked through the door in November 2021 as a very scruffy young graduate, with little idea about recruitment or, frankly, where I was going in life. Nearly five years later, I leave having found a career I love, and met some brilliant people along the way.
