This week I had the privilege of visiting the Hyvinkää Pit Thermal Energy Storage (PTES) project in Finland together with Sanna Kytömäki, CEO of HLV, and colleagues from Ramboll. What makes this project remarkable is not simply its size. It is what it represents.
