Was Shri Krishna a Coach? A fascinating question, right 🧐. Through the lens of modern Coaching, we can certainly recognise aspects of coaching in Krishna’s dialogue with Arjuna. He did 6 things… 1) (actively) listened. 2) (powerful) questioning. 3) challenged Arjuna’s assumptions. 4) expanded awareness. 5) enabled (Arjuna) to see differently.
