A year ago, I got the opportunity to take on social media for Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. Looking back, it’s been quite a journey. I knew we had stories to tell. I didn’t know how far we could push it. One year later from doctors to AI videos, reels, robots, mascots, podcast and newer ways of storytelling, we have experimented, learnt, unlearnt and kept creating. And somewhere along the way, 100,000 people chose to follow us on YouTube. But my biggest takeaway from this one year? Give me a crazy idea and I have one…
